Role Overview
Smart Repair Auto Services is hiring an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager for its car care and automotive services operations.
The position is based in the UAE and requires UAE/GCC automotive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team.
- Monitor service quality and ensure vehicles are delivered to the highest standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Monitor branch expenses, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Manage job cards, invoicing, inventory, and daily reports.
- Drive sales growth and improve customer conversion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Analyze branch performance and take corrective actions when required.
Must-Have Requirements
- Have 3–5+ years of experience in the car care or automotive services industry.
- Have proven experience in branch management, workshop management, or service management.
- Have hands-on experience in one or more of PPF, car detailing, window tinting, ceramic coating, smart repair, bodyshop, or automotive services.
