Role Overview
The Reception Manager will manage front-of-house and customer service operations for a car care branch.
The role is based in the car care and automotive services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reception and customer service operations.
- Lead and supervise the Reception and Service Advisor team.
- Manage the customer journey from vehicle check-in to delivery.
- Monitor job card opening, updating, and closing procedures.
- Ensure accurate quotations, invoicing, and service information.
- Follow up on customer approvals and service progress.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Achieve sales, upselling, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitor team performance and daily KPIs.
- Coordinate with the workshop team for timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer communication, experience, and branch presentation standards.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
Requirements
- Experience in the car care or automotive industry is required.
- Experience as a Reception Manager, Service Advisor, or Customer Service Manager is required.
- Experience in car detailing, PPF, tinting, ceramic coating, smart repair, or bodyshop services is required.
