Smart Repair Auto Services is hiring an experienced Service Advisor for its car care team.
The role advises customers on automotive care services, prepares quotations, follows up on jobs, and identifies additional service needs.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Service Advisor in car care or automotive services is required.
- Strong knowledge of detailing, PPF, window tinting, polishing, and paint protection is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
- Experience with Odoo or automotive management systems is an advantage.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Professional appearance and strong sales or customer-handling skills are required.
Role duties
- Understand customer requirements and explain available services.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on jobs.
- Use upselling and cross-selling to identify additional customer needs.
- Recommend suitable services to customers.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
