Tile mason

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tile Mason to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in tile installation. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing various types of tiles for residential and commercial projects while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship.

• Install tiles on floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, and other surfaces according to project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring they are suitable for tile installation.
• Measure, mark, and plan tile layouts to achieve accurate alignment and a professional finish.
• Cut and shape tiles to fit corners, edges, fixtures, and irregular areas.
• Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and natural stone tiles.
• Apply adhesives, grout, sealants, and other finishing materials using proper techniques.
• Repair, replace, and maintain damaged or broken tiles when required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Maintain and properly use tools and equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations.
• Report daily work progress, material usage, and site concerns to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects according to schedule.
• Communicate professionally with clients when required.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Tile Mason, Tiler, or similar role.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tile installation methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Experience with ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and natural stone tiles.
• Ability to accurately read measurements and execute precise tile layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a construction/fit-out environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and project specifications.
