Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Painter to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of painting experience in the UAE or GCC and proven experience in commercial and residential fit-out projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, painting, finishing, and ensuring high-quality workmanship according to project requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling, and applying primer.
- Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections before painting.
- Mix and match paint colors according to project requirements.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Deliver smooth, even, and high-quality finishes.
- Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding areas using proper masking and covering materials.
- Inspect completed work and ensure it meets required quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at the workplace.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on time.
- Properly clean, maintain, and store painting tools and equipment.
