Position Overview
PIPA MEDIA is hiring Junior Creator Recruiters to grow its TikTok LIVE creator network.
The position is open to junior and entry-level candidates, and previous professional experience is not required.
Salary and Commission
- The salary is AED 6,000 per month.
- The role also pays 5% commission on revenue generated by recruited creators.
Work Schedule
- Working hours are 7:00 PM–2:00 AM with a one-hour break.
- The working days are Monday through Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new creators to TikTok LIVE.
- Achieve at least 20 successful creator recruitments per month.
- Attend regular meetings with management.
- Complete and maintain recruitment sheets after successful recruitments.
- Submit a weekly performance report to management.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruited creators.
- Work toward monthly recruitment targets and team goals.

- Candidates should be confident and comfortable communicating with people.
- Candidates should be motivated by targets and performance.
- Candidates should be fast learners with a strong work ethic.
- Candidates should be good at building relationships.
- Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Candidates should be interested in social media and the creator industry.
- Social media experience and familiarity with TikTok are advantageous but not required.
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is not mandatory.
Career Growth
Consistently performing recruiters may progress to an Account Manager position after the probation period.
Career progression may include increased responsibilities and a salary increase.
