Role Description
The Senior Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role leads social media strategy, oversees content planning and publishing, and ensures consistent brand voice and messaging.
The position manages daily social media operations, community engagement, performance monitoring, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive reach, engagement, and conversions through social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and influencer teams.
- Analyze data to inform decisions and keep clients competitive in the digital space.
- Stay current with platform trends and best practices.
- Mentor or supervise team members and coordinate cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Must be an Arabic speaker.
- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization skills are required.
- Experience with multi-platform strategies, content strategy, analytics, and reporting is required.
- Influencer collaborations and live-streaming or short-form video experience are highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
- Applicants must be able to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
