Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role focuses on Arabic and English content across TikTok and other key social media channels.
The position supports campaigns, live-streaming activities, audience engagement, and measurable digital performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish Arabic and English social media content.
- Manage social media calendars and optimize posts for reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and influencers on campaigns and live-streaming activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze audience behavior.
- Adjust strategies to improve campaign results.
- Respond to community interactions and maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization skills are required.
- Content strategy and writing skills are required for creating Arabic and English content.
- Excellent communication skills are required for collaboration with teams, influencers, and clients.
- Proven experience managing brand accounts such as TikTok and Instagram is required.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data interpretation is required.
- Arabic fluency and written and spoken English proficiency are required.
