- Support preparation of budget tracking sheets and financial summaries
- Maintain updated records of committed vs actual spend
- Support tracking of vendor milestones and deliverables
- Compile vendor performance data and SLA adherence information
- Maintain vendor performance records for review meetings
- Prepare periodic financial dashboards and supporting data analysis
- Consolidate financial information for internal reporting
- Assist in preparing presentations for leadership reviews
- Maintain documentation related to vendor engagements and delivery status
- Assist in preparing vendor review summaries
- Organize supporting materials for governance meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information System, or MIS
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of accuracy, discretion, and problem solving capability
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Strong verbal & written communications skills (English & Arabic)
- Ability to build, develop and maintain positive internal & external relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to take initiatives
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness

Role Purpose
- The role is responsible for internal planning and operational support related to TIDES consultants and technology solutions, including defining requirements, supporting outsource hiring needs, managing onboarding coordination, budget planning and tracking, and monitoring solution renewals.
Key Accountabilities
- Support Financial Planning and Budget Tracking: Support preparation of budget tracking sheets and financial summaries; Maintain updated records of committed vs actual spend
- Assist in Vendor Delivery Monitoring: Support tracking of vendor milestones and deliverables; Compile vendor performance data and SLA adherence information; Maintain vendor performance records for review meetings
- Support Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic financial dashboards and supporting data analysis; Consolidate financial information for internal reporting; Assist in preparing presentations for leadership reviews
- Support Vendor Governance Documentation: Maintain documentation related to vendor engagements and delivery status; Assist in preparing vendor review summaries; Organize supporting materials for governance meetings
Skills
