About the Role
Bupa is seeking an SME Account Manager to sell insurance products to retail customers in Jeddah. The role involves lead generation, client visits, quotation submission, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Follow set KPIs for number of calls, visits and proposals
- Search for new leads via net, calls, territory management, referrals, CRM
- Submit quotations within department KPIs (72 hours)
- Fulfill renewal book target
- Track all sales stages from identification to agreement signature
- Ensure premium collection according to Finance policy and credit control policy
- Achieve 100% of outstanding collection
- Send daily sales report to Team Leader
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors
- Follow up on customer queries and requests with other departments
- Ensure monthly visits to build client relationships and apply loyalty program
- Comply with all regulatory requirements of SAMA and CCHI

Job Purpose
- To ensure that specific BUPA products are sold to retail customers based on leads generated, as per customer need, ensuring high customer satisfaction and helping Retail Sales business achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow set KPIs by team leader for number of calls, visits and proposals.
- Search for new leads by different sources (Net, calls, territory management, referrals, CRM, etc.)
- Ensure submitting the quotation within department KPIs (72 hours).
- Ensure high standard written correspondences in Arabic and English.
- Fulfill Renewal book target.
- Track all sales stages from identification of prospect, calls, meetings, follow ups, pricing and agreement signature.
- Ensure premium collection according to Finance policy and BA credit control policy.
- Achieving 100% of Outstanding collection.
- Ensure that the daily sales report is sent to the Team Leader.
- Ensure that a monthly report of all accounts won and lost.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors.
- Meet minimum weekly sales call standards and complete all reporting and forecasting.
Skills
- Should have good grasp in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Drive to perform at high levels.
