Job Summary
Deliver result-focused treatments and make guests feel comfortable and special.
Promote the Recovery Lab philosophy and services through specialist expertise and targeted treatments.
Support spa reception, stock control and the maintenance of a clean, presentable Recovery Lab.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Recovery Manager with Recovery Lab management, performance, customer service and financial performance.
- Carry out treatments and ensure procedures meet current legislation and company standards.
- Manage bookings, consultation cards and customer feedback.
- Maintain customer service standards and ensure personalized service from team members.
- Respond to audits and comply with health, safety and COSHH regulations.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback and support team morale and knowledge transfer.
- Follow division policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
- Develop retail merchandising and product selection.
Skills, Experience and Education
- Fluent written and spoken English is required; other languages are an advantage.
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent is required.
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in a spa environment is required.
- Previous beauty therapist experience is essential.
- Good knowledge and practical experience of skincare and body treatments is required.
- An interest in aesthetic treatments and a professional, polished appearance are expected.
- Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
