Performance Operations Manager, SIRO One Za'abeel

About the Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead Fitness and Recovery operations and maintain professional, customer-service and financial-performance standards.
• Control budgets, payroll costs, commissions, stock, consumables and departmental expenditure.
• Monitor revenue, utilisation, conversion, bookings, productivity and satisfaction, and implement corrective action plans.
• Lead team scheduling, training, coaching, motivation, performance management and succession planning.
• Conduct inspections and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, equipment, maintenance, security and health and safety.
• Ensure SOPs, opening and closing procedures, treatment protocols, guest journeys and service sequences are followed.
• Oversee inventories, product orders, reports, records, correspondence and administrative requirements.
• Promote fitness, recovery, training, coaching, treatment, package, programme, product and activity sales.
• Create and evaluate classes, recovery services, programmes, activations and experiences.
• Collaborate with Membership, Guest and Member Experience, Front Office, Marketing, Food and Beverage, Rooms and specialists.
• Champion integration across Fitness, Recovery, Nutrition, Sleep and Mindfulness.
• Support marketing activities, partnerships, events, VIP activations and external collaborations.

About You

• Fluent written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.
• At least three years of progressive management experience in a 5-star or boutique fitness, recovery, spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience leading operational and commercial performance across fitness or recovery, including budgets, revenue, payroll, productivity and cost control.
• Relevant internationally recognised diploma, bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.
• Sales, guest relations and luxury hospitality customer-service experience.
• Strong administration skills and experience with service, training, inventory, payroll and financial-control SOPs.
• Experience using booking, CRM, hotel or fitness and wellness management systems.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, coaching, motivation and data-interpretation skills.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays according to business needs.
