Job Summary

Client Service and Sales

• Demonstrate customer focus and appreciation for the guest experience.
• Provide excellent patient and customer service and build meaningful, loyal client relationships.
• Build and maintain the client base through calls, thank-you notes, appointment scheduling, product or treatment reviews, and event invitations.
• Represent the brand by communicating treatment, program, and product features and benefits to meet customer needs and generate sales.
• Understand patient and customer needs and guide them through adapted treatments.
• Create and distribute health education materials in line with Clinique La Prairie guidelines.

Operations and Communication

• Coordinate client journeys with experts and therapists from other wellness-center services.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and respond to email queries within 24 hours.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Attend wellness training sessions and meetings consistently and regularly.
• Maintain professional image and service standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, peers, management, and other operational departments.

Objectives and Representation

• Contribute to weekly, quarterly, and annual wellness-center objectives and goals.
• Reach and exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the organization and its products through public relations activities, international events, and fairs.

About You

• Three to five years of experience in a similar role is required.
• International experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required.
