Requirements
- Active, unrestricted licensure in a relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner with behavioral health focus) in one or more U.S. states
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health or related clinical discipline from an accredited institution
- Clinical expertise in mental health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, brief counseling)
- Experience providing telehealth or virtual therapy
- Ability to use digital tools and AI driven platforms for documentation, triage, follow up, and coordination of care
- Reliable internet connection, private workspace, and capacity to manage a flexible freelance schedule

Role Description
- Provide virtual counseling and support to clients across areas such as mental health, stress management, and behavior change related to chronic conditions.
- Conduct telehealth sessions, document progress in digital systems, collaborate with AI tools for triage and follow up, and adjust care plans based on client needs.
- Maintain clinical quality and ethical standards, engage clients with evidence based interventions, and coordinate with other care team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in mental health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, brief counseling).
- Experience providing telehealth or virtual therapy, with strong skills in building rapport and maintaining engagement in online settings.
- Active, unrestricted licensure in a relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner with behavioral health focus) in one or more U.S. states.
- Ability to use digital tools and AI driven platforms for documentation, triage, follow up, and coordination of care.
- Strong communication, empathy, and cultural competence, with a commitment to inclusive, non judgmental, client centered care.
- Experience or interest in supporting clients with chronic conditions (such as diabetes, MSK issues, or nutrition related concerns) is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection, private workspace, and capacity to manage a flexible freelance schedule.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health or related clinical discipline from an accredited institution.
