- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or closely related mental health field
- Experience providing telehealth or online therapy
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health with ability to apply evidence based practices
- Proficiency in Counseling and Psychological Assessment

Role Description
- This is a part time, remote Freelance Psychologist/Therapist role focused on providing high quality virtual mental health support.
- Day to day responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions via video or other digital platforms.
- Perform initial assessments, develop and update treatment plans, document sessions accurately in digital systems.
- Collaborate with MantraCare’s AI enabled workflows for triage and follow up.
- Offer psychoeducation, monitor client progress and risk, coordinate referrals or escalations when appropriate.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with the internal care team.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with demonstrated ability to apply psychological theories and evidence based practices.
- Proficiency in Counseling, including conducting structured and unstructured therapy sessions.
- Experience in Psychological Assessment, including intake evaluations, risk assessments, and ongoing symptom and progress monitoring.
- Relevant background in Medicine or behavioral health care that supports understanding of comorbid conditions.
- Active licensure or registration as a psychologist, therapist, counselor, or equivalent credential in applicable jurisdictions.
- Experience providing telehealth or online therapy, with comfort using digital platforms.
- Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a client centered, non judgmental approach to care.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a closely related mental health field.
- Ability to manage a part time, flexible caseload, maintain professional boundaries, and adhere to ethical and data privacy standards.
