Requirements
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence based approaches to diverse client populations
- Demonstrated skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including intake evaluations, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning
- Relevant background or exposure to Medicine or allied health fields, enabling effective collaboration in multidisciplinary care settings
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related discipline; valid local licensure/registration to practice in Sharjah or eligibility to obtain it
- Experience providing in person psychotherapy or counseling, preferably in outpatient, clinic, or organizational settings
- Comfort using digital tools, electronic records, and telehealth platforms as part of a tech enabled care model
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a client centered, culturally sensitive approach
- Ability to work independently, manage a flexible part time schedule, and maintain professional boundaries and ethics at all times

Role Description
- This is a part time, on site role for a Freelancer Psychologist based in Sharjah.
- The psychologist will conduct individual assessments, provide evidence based counseling and psychotherapy, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with organizational and ethical standards.
