About MantraCare

  • MantraCare is a leading provider of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Corporate Wellness Solutions, Mental Health Services, and Physical Wellness Programs, serving organizations across the globe.
  • We are looking for an experienced and results driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UAE market.
  • Develop and manage relationships with HR leaders, CHROs, corporate clients, insurance companies, and strategic partners.
  • Promote MantraCare's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Corporate Wellness, Mental Health, and Wellness Solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Employee Benefits, Corporate Wellness, Insurance, HRTech, or SaaS will be preferred.
  • Strong network with HR professionals and corporate decision makers in the UAE is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling to corporate clients (B2B).
  • Knowledge of the UAE corporate and healthcare market.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and target oriented.
