- Maintain and enhance relationships with government agencies, municipalities, and other public authorities in Riyadh
- Coordinate submission, tracking, and follow up of permits, approvals, and compliance documentation
- Support the project management team by preparing progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and consultants, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Facilitate internal communication across departments (sales, finance, legal, construction) to align project deliverables
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities that could impact project timelines or strategy
- Assist in organizing and delivering presentations, workshops, and community outreach events
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and correspondence in the company's CRM system
- Prepare and review documentation for internal audits and external regulatory inspections
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Public Relations, or a related field
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or database management tools
- Solid understanding of Saudi Arabian real estate regulations, permitting processes, and municipal procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in real estate development, government liaison, or corporate affairs
- Prior exposure to large scale residential or mixed use projects is highly advantageous
- Experience working within the Riyadh market or broader Saudi Arabian context
- Proven track record of successfully obtaining permits and approvals from local authorities
