- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for the automotive portfolio to increase market share and brand equity
- Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and events across Qatar, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Collaborate closely with sales, dealership networks, after sales, and service teams to drive consistent brand messaging
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insight studies to inform brand positioning
- Manage the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing assets (advertising, social media, point of sale materials)
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking of brand initiatives, delivering regular ROI reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and corporate policies across all communications
- Mentor and develop a small cross functional team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in brand management, automotive marketing, or related roles
- Strong understanding of the automotive market in the GCC, especially Qatar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Proven analytical ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of successful launch and growth of automotive brands or models
- Experience working with multiple dealership networks and OEM partners
- Hands on experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software
