- Ensure all content complies with local regulations and corporate governance
- Mentor and develop junior content staff

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum 8 10 years of progressive experience in content creation, content strategy, or brand communications

- Champion innovative content formats (AR/VR experiences, virtual tours, interactive infographics) to showcase luxury developments.
- Ensure all content complies with local regulations, corporate governance, and sustainability messaging.
- Mentor and develop junior content staff, fostering a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and collaboration.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for high‑end real‑estate projects.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities with a track record of building high‑performing creative teams.
- Deep understanding of digital content trends, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in content creation, content strategy, or brand communications, preferably within real‑estate, luxury goods, or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated experience leading content teams and managing external agency relationships.
- Portfolio showcasing successful multi‑channel campaigns, multimedia storytelling, and measurable business impact.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and Vision 2030 initiatives is a strong plus.
- Experience with international luxury branding (e.g., Europe, North America, Asia) and an understanding of global consumer expectations.
