What You Will Do:
The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Test & Validation Engineer II to support the Forest Raytheon Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC).
As a Test & Validation Engineer II, you’ll work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi-disciplined team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements for Antenna and Radar Products.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with Designing, controlling, and improving the manufacturing process focusing on testing through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team Improving yields
Assisting with implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
Creating and overseeing improvement projects
Translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Performing hardware defect analysis and corrective action investigations

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with data analysis
Qualifications We Prefer:
Preferred major in electrical engineering/engineering technology
Experience in Power Supply testing (analog/power electronic component)
Experience/education with interpretation of technical documents
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability in use of electrical test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Function Generator, etc)
Experience in simulation and modeling of analog circuits and power electronics
Experience with project execution
