- This is a 2nd shift role which includes a shift premium of 8%.
- In this role, you will support the 2nd shift production floor of CCM High Mix area in a test engineering capacity. This includes, but is not limited to, training test operators, troubleshooting test equipment and production hardware, and analyzing systemic production failures.
What You Will Do
- Interact with Test Operators, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, and operations staff to support production testing, requiring effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to support production testing.
- Assist with troubleshooting failures on CCAs by performing data analysis and visual inspections.
- Identify trends in defects and collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues in a timely manner to prevent future build process defects.
