Responsibilities
- Support the selection of suitable facilities for the test site
- Support the preparation of required documentation for commissioning and running of facilities
- Support development and AIT teams on operations related tasks (training, cleaning services, etc.)
- Ensure facilities are compliant with safety and security regulations
- Support procurement for basic needs and test site operations
- Coordinate/ensure on time maintenance of assembly and test facilities in UAE
- Coordinate/ensure security and restricted access to test facilities in UAE
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Support handling of incoming and outgoing packages delivery
- Define, implement, handle and guarantee safety procedures and application according to regulations and standards

Company Overview
- Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo and potentially humans in the longer run.
- Our Future Projects unit is dedicated to expanding and complementing these capabilities by conceptualizing and pre developing new technologies, products and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the selection of suitable facilities for the test site
- Supporting the preparation of the required documentation for the commissioning and running of the facilities
- Supporting development and AIT teams on operations related tasks (training, cleaning services, etc.)
- Ensuring that the facilities are compliant with safety and security regulations
- Supporting procurement for basic needs (consumables, daily needs, PREQs...) and test site operations
- Coordinating/ensuring the on time maintenance of the Assembly and test facilities in UAE
- Coordinating/ensuring the security and restricted access to test facilities in UAE
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the teams
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Supporting in the handling of incoming and outgoing packages delivery
- Define, implement, handle and guaranty safety procedures and application according to regulations and standards
