About the Role
The Exploration Company is seeking a Test Site Manager in Dubai to support operations at a test site for space orbital vehicles. Responsibilities include facility selection, documentation, procurement, maintenance, safety compliance, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Support the selection of suitable facilities for the test site
- Support the preparation of the required documentation for the commissioning and running of the facilities
- Support development and AIT teams on operations related tasks (training, cleaning services, etc.)
- Ensure that the facilities are compliant with safety and security regulations
- Support procurement for basic needs (consumables, daily needs, PREQs...) and test site operations
- Coordinate/ensure the on time maintenance of the Assembly and test facilities in UAE
- Coordinate/ensure the security and restricted access to test facilities in UAE
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the teams
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Support in the handling of incoming and outgoing packages delivery
- Define, implement, handle and guaranty safety procedures and application according to regulations and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; any other higher education degree will be appreciated
- 5+ years of experience managing facilities for engineering companies, preferably in the aerospace sector
- Knowledge about UAE regulations, with a focus on safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Passion for advancing the commercial space industry
- Highly motivated to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start up environment
- Fluent in English

- Our Future Projects unit is dedicated to expanding and complementing these capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the selection of suitable facilities for the test site.
- Support the preparation of the required documentation for the commissioning and running of the facilities.

Skills and Knowledge
