The Test Manager will lead functional and performance testing efforts for software applications in Bangalore.

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for software applications.
- Lead, guide, mentor, and coach testers performing functional and performance testing.
- Collaborate with development, product management, and quality assurance teams to prioritize testing.
- Design and execute performance testing plans covering scalability, reliability, and application performance.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify and report defects and coordinate timely fixes with development teams.
- Implement testing processes and procedures to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Apply current testing industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve outcomes.
