Lead the Capital Markets Operations practice and drive transformation, innovation, capability development, and business growth.
The role combines capital markets operations expertise with consulting, solutioning, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership.
Practice Leadership
- Lead strategic growth initiatives across clients and business units.
- Define and execute the practice vision, transformation roadmap, and innovation strategy.
- Build differentiated offerings and future-ready operational capabilities.
Transformation and Solutions
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation programs using digital transformation, AI/ML, intelligent automation, data modernization, and Agentic AI.
- Shape industry offerings, solutions, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets.
- Identify transformation opportunities and define future-state operating models for clients.
- Drive operational excellence, innovation, and process optimization.
Sales and Business Development
- Partner with leadership teams on go-to-market strategies and business expansion plans.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, solution workshops, strategic pursuits, and industry forums.
- Build solutions for investment banking, asset management, wealth management, and custody and securities operations clients.
Team and Stakeholder Leadership
- Mentor and build high-performing consulting and transformation teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on transformation and operational strategy.
Required Experience and Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Capital Markets Business Operations.
- Deep expertise in one or more of wealth management, investment banking, asset management, alternatives, or custody and securities operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and practice-building initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies including Agentic AI.
- Demonstrated experience in practice leadership, solutioning, consulting, sales enablement, and business development.
- Experience building accelerators, frameworks, and transformation assets.
- Strong techno-functional, strategic problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
