Test Engineer

The Test Engineer is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test processes to ensure products meet design specifications, performance standards, and customer requirements.

This role involves designing test setups, automating test procedures, analyzing data, and collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product reliability and quality throughout its lifecycle.

• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and procedures based on technical specifications and product requirements.
• Develop automated and manual test setups using appropriate hardware and software tools.
• Transition product from design to manufacturing, communicating and verifying the different requirements, propose and align on test plans.
• Conduct functional, performance, environmental, and reliability testing of products or systems.
• Partner with design engineer and facilitate supplier engineer in product development with a strong focus on design for manufacturing, assembly, and service
• Perform statistical analysis, gauge R&R and correlation study to optimize test outcomes
• Troubleshoot test failures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Continuously review and optimize test methods for accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency.
• Support the development of automated test frameworks to improve throughput and consistency.
