Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair technical equipment and systems at client sites.

You will serve as the face of the company during on-site visits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

• Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical support for gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers, and pressure controllers used in semiconductor manufacturing. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures or malfunctions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and operators.
• Document service calls, including detailed reports and recommendations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to customer locations, sometimes at short notice.

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
