Join Rakbank's Technology team as a Test Engineer focused on the quality, reliability, and performance of digital platforms and customer-facing banking applications.
The role supports high-quality technology delivery through robust testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for banking applications and platforms.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing for high-quality releases.
- Identify, document, track, and support resolution of software defects with development teams.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve quality, efficiency, and release velocity.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance standards, and testing best practices.
- Support User Acceptance Testing activities and ensure solutions meet customer and business expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or technology delivery environments.
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, defect management, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Familiarity with test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery frameworks is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
