Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification is required.
- ISTQB Advanced Level certification is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Strong software or system testing experience, including hands-on contact-center and telephony testing experience.
- End-to-end Genesys Cloud or equivalent Genesys testing across inbound and outbound interactions.
- Experience with CDR or billing validation, call recording, and advanced reporting validation.
- Experience testing IVR, ACD skills, and call flows in a call-center operations environment.
- Banking or financial services experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform software and system testing.
- Test contact-center and telephony systems across inbound and outbound interactions.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of Genesys Cloud or equivalent Genesys solutions.
- Validate CDR, billing, call recording, and advanced reporting functionality.
- Test IVR, ACD skills, and call flows within a call-center operations environment.
