Role Overview
Support a major cloud contact-center migration project for a banking organization as an experienced Test Engineer.
The role focuses on Genesys Cloud CX, contact-center testing, and telephony systems.
Experience and Domain
- 4+ years of experience in contact-center or telephony testing.
- Banking or financial services experience is required by the source posting.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
Contact-Center Testing
- Test inbound and outbound calls, IVR, DTMF, skills-based ACD routing, and queue validation.
- Test callbacks, outbound campaigns, voice and screen recording, and call-flow behavior.
- Validate CDRs, billing, call costs, historical reports, real-time reports, and dashboards.
Telephony and Platforms
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX or equivalent Genesys platforms.
- Strong telephony knowledge covering PRI, ISDN, SIP, SBC, BYOC, and WebRTC.
- Experience testing SSO, RBAC, and Entra ID integrations.
Test Delivery
- Execute SIT, UAT, cutover, and failover testing for the migration.
- Manage defects and requirements traceability using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Produce test documentation and defect reports and support analytical validation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification is mandatory.
- Multilingual Arabic and English IVR testing experience is an advantage.
