- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for all product categories
- Coach and train distributor sales teams
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends

- KSA National
- 3+ years of commercial experience with multi category management and channel sales
- Experience in FMCG or tobacco sectors with distributor relationships
- Excellent command of English
- In depth knowledge of Saudi market

- The Territory Supervisor role is part of the Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Regional Manager.
- Responsible for managing sales, distribution, and marketing for multiple product categories across various channels in Saudi Arabia.
Your 'Day to Day'
- Develop and implement sales strategies for multiple product categories.
- Monitor and analyze category performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product placement and availability.
- Manage sales and distribution across wholesale, key accounts, and general trade.
- Tailor sales strategies for each channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure efficient distribution and monitor distributor performance.
- Collaborate with distributors to solve challenges and provide training.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with distribution standards.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for all product categories.
- Gather feedback on commercial activities and provide insights.
Who We’re Looking For
- KSA National.
- 3+ years of commercial experience with multi category management and channel sales.
- Proven experience in managing distributor relationships in FMCG or tobacco sectors.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- In depth knowledge of the Saudi market preferred.
