About the Role
Philip Morris International is looking for a Service Delivery Sr Specialist to join the Operations team in Dubai. The role ensures end-to-end service delivery operations across Lower Gulf markets, managing inbound shipments, inventory, distributor replenishment, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end supply chain execution across Lower Gulf markets
- Manage inbound shipments, inventory flows, and outbound deliveries to distributors
- Ensure seamless execution from order creation to final delivery
- Govern shipment tracking, compliance, and issue resolution across markets
- Coordinate shipment, supply, and replenishment plans across markets
- Act as central interface across IBP, OCS, Finance, and Commercial teams
- Ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity (SAP / WMS)
- Govern inventory controls, FIFO, and reconciliation
- Oversee bonded and domestic warehouse operations
- Drive continuous optimization of logistics processes
- Own and track service delivery KPIs (CFR, OTIF, Aging stock, Demurrage & Detention, Documentation accuracy)
- Manage distributors, LSPs, and authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics a PLUS)
- 3 7 years of experience in Supply chain/logistics
- Ability to manage multi market complexity
- Strong execution and compliance discipline
- Analytical Mindset & KPI driven decision making
- Ownership mindset & Results Orientated
- Inventory management & warehousing experience
- SAP / WMS systems and T&T Scanning applications (e.g., U Track / I Track) a PLUS
- Supply chain execution in FMCG or regulated industries
- End to end Supply chain process understanding with Demand Planning, Commercial, and Distributor collaboration

Role Overview
- Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd is looking for a Service Delivery Sr Specialist to join the Operations team.
- The role acts as the regional extension of the OCS function in Lower Gulf markets (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar & Oman).
- Accountable for end to end service delivery operations across Lower Gulf markets, ensuring full lifecycle management of finished goods.
Your Day to Day
- Lead end to end supply chain execution across Lower Gulf markets.
- Manage inbound shipments, inventory flows, and outbound deliveries to distributors.
- Ensure seamless execution from order creation to final delivery.
- Govern shipment tracking, compliance, and issue resolution across markets.
- Coordinate shipment, supply, and replenishment plans across markets.
- Act as central interface across IBP, OCS, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity (SAP / WMS).
- Govern inventory controls, FIFO, and reconciliation.
- Oversee bonded and domestic warehouse operations.

Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics a PLUS).
