About the Role
Philip Morris International seeks a Service Delivery Senior Specialist to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across Lower Gulf markets. The role manages inventory, distributor relationships, and KPI performance to ensure high service reliability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end supply chain execution across Lower Gulf markets
- Manage inbound shipments, inventory flows, and outbound deliveries to distributors
- Coordinate shipment, supply, and replenishment plans across markets
- Act as central interface across IBP, OCS, Finance, and Commercial teams
- Ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity (SAP/WMS)
- Oversee bonded and domestic warehouse operations
- Own and track service delivery KPIs (CFR, OTIF, aging stock, demurrage & detention, documentation accuracy)
- Manage distributors, LSPs, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate SOPs
- Drive SAP/WMS and Track & Trace usage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics a plus)
- 3 7 years of experience in supply chain/logistics
- Ability to manage multi market complexity
- Strong execution and compliance discipline
- Analytical mindset and KPI driven decision making
- Ownership mindset and results oriented
- Inventory management and warehousing experience
- SAP/WMS systems and Track & Trace scanning applications (e.g., U Track/I Track) a plus
- Supply chain execution in FMCG or regulated industries
- End to end supply chain process understanding with demand planning, commercial, and distributor collaboration

- The Service Delivery Sr Specialist role is part of the Operations team, reporting to the OCS Manager.
- The role acts as regional extension of OCS function in Lower Gulf markets (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar & Oman).
Your Day to Day
- Lead end to end supply chain execution across Lower Gulf markets.
- Manage inbound shipments, inventory flows, and outbound deliveries to distributors.
- Coordinate shipment, supply, and replenishment plans across markets.
- Act as central interface across IBP, OCS, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity (SAP/WMS).

Who We're Looking For
