- Track sales performance and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate promotional activities and support marketing campaigns

Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience with ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Sales Management and Training skills
- Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or similar customer facing industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid work environment
- Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, presentation software)
- Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to Dubai market are an advantage

Role Description
- The Territory Sales Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site presence at Mogao Restobar & Lounge and some work from home.
- This role involves actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event bookings, and group reservations within the surrounding territory.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and maintain long term relationships
