- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control within hospitality or food and beverage operations
- Background in hospitality, restaurant management, or a related field is highly beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, POS reports, and basic performance dashboards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Role Description
- The Performance Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site presence at Mogao Restobar & Lounge and some work from home flexibility.
- The role involves monitoring operational and financial performance metrics, analyzing guest feedback and sales reports, and identifying opportunities to improve service standards and profitability.
- Daily responsibilities include coordinating with front of house and back of house teams, supporting staff training on performance goals, and ensuring adherence to budget and cost control guidelines.
- The Performance Manager will prepare regular performance summaries for management, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate on initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and overall efficiency.
Qualifications
