Role Description
- The Resource Manager is a part time, on site role based in Dubai at Mogao Restobar & Lounge – DSO.
- This role oversees staff allocation, scheduling, and workload distribution to ensure smooth daily operations throughout opening hours.
- Responsibilities include analyzing resource needs, coordinating shift coverage, monitoring performance, and supporting team leaders to optimize service levels.
- The Resource Manager will also facilitate training plans, provide guidance on best practices, and collaborate with management to improve processes and guest experience.
- The role involves regular communication with kitchen, bar, and floor teams, maintaining clear documentation, and responding to changing business demands in real time.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Resource Management skills, including workforce planning, shift scheduling, and allocation of staff across functions.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review operational data, forecast resource needs, and recommend improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities to coordinate with team members, convey expectations clearly, and support collaborative work.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard new staff and reinforce service standards, along with Consulting capabilities to advise management on resource utilization.
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or lounge/restaurant operations in Dubai or similar markets is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced, late hour environment are required.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools or basic HR/operations software and good English communication; additional language skills are a plus.
