- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial sales role is an advantage

Role Description
- The Retail Sales Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some work from home flexibility.
- This role includes overseeing daily sales operations, managing retail promotions and upselling initiatives, and ensuring a consistent guest experience across dine in and takeaway channels.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging guests and supporting the front of house team
- Solid understanding of Customer Experience for enhancing guest satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat visits
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or lounge/restaurant environments is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to operate effectively in a hybrid work model
- Strong organizational, reporting, and basic numeracy skills to manage targets and performance metrics
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial sales role is an advantage
