Role Overview
- Lead the end to end tendering process for offshore and subsea construction services primarily and other expanded scope, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Supervision and compilation of detailed, uniform and accurate proposals, assuming responsibility for risk assessment, cost preparation, time management, securing input on technical solutions and deliverables, submission planning, accuracy and quality.
- Review and approve tender documents, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
