- Search for and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities
- Register and maintain the company’s profile on procurement and tendering platforms
- Review and study tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, and tender specifications)
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission conditions
- Prepare tender checklists and ensure all required documents are complete and compliant
- Coordinate with management and relevant departments to collect technical, commercial, and legal documents
- Prepare and submit tender proposals before submission deadlines
- Monitor tender announcements, clarifications, addendums, and updates
- Follow up on tender evaluations, award notifications, and client communications
- Maintain organized records of all tenders, submissions, and supporting documentation
- Ensure full compliance with client requirements and company policies throughout the tendering process
Requirements
- Proven experience in tender management and bid preparation
- Strong knowledge of government and private procurement procedures
- Experience registering companies on tender and procurement portals
- Ability to study and interpret tender documents and technical specifications
- Excellent document management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work independently and meet strict submission deadlines

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Tender Specialist to manage the complete tender process for the company.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, registering the company on procurement portals, reviewing tender documents, studying tender requirements, coordinating with internal departments, and preparing compliant bid submissions.
