Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with NCOSH, MOH, OSHA, ISO 45001, and healthcare regulations
- Lead occupational health, safety, and compliance programs across operations and projects
- Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Manage ISO 45001 certification and support NCOSH accreditation requirements
- Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, workflows, and emergency response procedures
- Deliver training and awareness programs on workplace safety, infection control, PPE, and emergency response
- Oversee occupational health programs, including health surveillance, fitness for work, and return to work initiatives
- Ensure clinic operations comply with MOH and CBAHI requirements
- Maintain staff licenses, certifications, and compliance records
- Prepare compliance, operational, and safety performance reports
- Support audits, inspections, certifications, and accreditation activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Occupational Health, Health & Safety, Nursing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of NCOSH, MOH, OSHA, ISO 45001, and healthcare compliance requirements
- NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or ISO 45001 certifications preferred

Job Summary
- Lead Sidra Med’s Occupational Health, Safety, and Compliance function across medical operations and client projects, ensuring compliance with NCOSH, MOH, OSHA, ISO 45001, and applicable healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with NCOSH, MOH, OSHA, ISO 45001, and healthcare regulations.
- Lead occupational health, safety, and compliance programs across operations and projects.
