Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and results oriented Sales Representative to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting the company’s healthcare services and medical solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare, industrial, and corporate sectors.
  • Promote the company’s medical services, including onsite clinics, medical staffing, ambulance services, occupational health services, first aid solutions, and medical consumables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, government entities, hospitals, clinics, and private organizations.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Operations, HR, and Procurement teams to ensure successful project execution after contract award.
  • Attend exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to expand the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build long term client relationships.
  • Self motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market.
  • Experience dealing with hospitals, clinics, contractors, and government entities.
  • Strong business development and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer focused attitude.
