- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare, industrial, and corporate sectors.
- Promote the company’s medical services including onsite clinics, medical staffing, ambulance services, occupational health, first aid solutions, and medical consumables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, government entities, hospitals, clinics, and private organizations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Procurement teams to ensure successful project execution after contract award.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to expand market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or medical services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build long term client relationships.
- Self motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
