Position Overview
- The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and welcoming experience both in person and over the phone.
- This role is responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors, and providing general dealership information.
- In addition to front line customer service, the Receptionist supports administrative functions, including maintaining the customer lounge, assisting with dealer trade coordination, and reviewing deliveries in CDK and One Eighty systems.
- The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and personable, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced, team oriented environment while providing exceptional customer service.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provides basic information about the dealership and the Dilawri Group in order to answer inquiries and to refer customers to the appropriate individual or department.
- Greets and assists customers arriving at the dealership.
- Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the customer waiting lounge and ensures it is well stocked.
- Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick up and collect receipts/payments.
- Reviews deliveries in CDK and One Eighty program.
- Participate in administrative tasks.
Qualifications Required
- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner.
- Organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion.

- Two (2) years of reception experience, or equivalent.
- Dealership experience preferred.
- One Eighty or customer relationship management system experience preferred.
- Must be able to work full time.
