About the Role

Requirements
- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Two (2) years of reception experience, or equivalent
- Dealership experience preferred
- One Eighty or CRM system experience preferred
- Must be able to work full time

Position Overview
- The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Qualifications Required

- Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner.
- Organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances.
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Two (2) years of reception experience, or equivalent.
- Dealership experience preferred.
- One Eighty or customer relationship management system experience preferred.
- Must be able to work full time.
