- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of parts orders
- Maintain up to date knowledge of parts catalogues, pricing and inventory levels
- Process parts orders, track shipments, and keep customers updated on the status of their orders
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Keep accurate records of parts inventory, order history and customer interactions
- Prepare parts invoices
- Ensure your work station is clean and in an orderly manner
- Examine returned parts for defects
- Exchange defective parts or refund the customer

Position Overview
- Dilawri Group of Companies Saskatchewan is actively searching for Parts Advisor to join our growing team at Dilawri Group!
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
