Job Summary
- Ensure all transactions are conducted error free and according to established procedures.
- Provide high quality service within the branch.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute branch cash and teller related transactions ensuring compliance.
- Hand over cash and balance at end of day.
- Submit teller end of day reports.
- Highlight instances of excess/short cash.
- Resolve teller transaction related customer complaints.
- Report customer problems to Head Teller.
- Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement.
- Assist in preparation of departmental statements and reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures.
