Job Summary
We are hiring a Telesales Executive to promote and sell advertising and promotional services through outbound calls.
The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote advertising and promotional services
- Explain offers clearly and address client queries
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable promotional packages
- Generate leads and close sales to meet assigned targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversion
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution
- Work flexibly across multiple promotion projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telemarketing
- Experience in credit card sales, banking sales, or similar sales roles is preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
