We are seeking a Telesales Executive to support our promotional sales activities by engaging with potential clients over the phone.
The role involves presenting promotional offers, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote advertising and promotional services
- Explain offers clearly and address client queries
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable promotional packages
- Generate leads and close sales to meet assigned targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversion
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution
- Work flexibly across multiple promotion projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Flexible to handle multiple campaigns/projects
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
