Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (corporates, consultants, developers, facility managers, and property owners)
- Promote company fit out services including interior works, MEP works, joinery, and turnkey solutions
- Generate and qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team
- Maintain and update customer details, call records, and follow up status in CRM or sales tracking sheets
- Understand client requirements and provide basic project information or proposals
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and proposals to close sales opportunities
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Coordinate with estimation, sales, and operations teams for accurate information
- Keep up to date with company services, ongoing projects, and market trends
- Handle customer objections professionally and maintain long term client relationships
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of telesales experience, preferably in interior fit out, construction, or contracting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is an advantage
- Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Salary
- AED 3,000.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
