- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery notes or purchase orders
- Label and store materials systematically in designated storage areas
- Maintain stock levels and prepare requisitions for replenishment
- Issue materials and tools as per site requirements
- Monitor usage and report shortages or discrepancies
- Ensure safe and proper handling, storage, and transportation of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or digital)
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Record and report damaged, expired, or missing materials
- Liaise with site supervisors, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials
- Coordinate material deliveries and returns with vendors or transport teams
- Ensure the store area is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in storekeeping and inventory management

Job Overview
- The Storekeeper is responsible for managing and overseeing all inventory, tools, materials, and supplies required for interior fit out projects.
